My story
I got into this work because of how badly it can be done.
Buying or selling a home is one of the largest financial decisions most families ever make, and too often it's handled by someone in a hurry. I wanted to do it the other way: carefully, communicatively, and with the client's interest genuinely in front of my own.
I serve clients across the South Bay, Long Beach and Los Angeles markets. My clients tend to be first-time buyers figuring out what they can really afford, longtime owners deciding what to do with a house they've outgrown, relocation buyers trying to learn a new market, and families handling a sale for a parent.
What they have in common is that they wanted someone to explain things properly, respond quickly, and handle the details so the process felt calm. That's the job as I understand it.

Nearly a third of my business comes from people I've already worked with, or someone they sent. That is the only scoreboard I care about.

For sellers
A structured listing system
Selling a home is a sequence of small decisions that add up to the final number. I run a clear process from intake through closing so nothing important falls through.
- Strategic intake consultation
- Market-based pricing analysis
- Off-market exposure
- Broker opens and public open houses
- Professional negotiation
- Full escrow management
For buyers
Strategy before showings
Especially for first-time and relocation buyers, the work happens before you tour the first home. We align on goals, financing and the market so every offer is competitive and every decision is clear.
- Goal-based strategy sessions
- Financing alignment
- Custom tour mapping
- Competitive offer writing
- Clear escrow guidance

How I work
Four things you can hold me to.
Fewer clients, more attention
I deliberately keep my client list small. It means your calls get answered, your showings get scheduled around your life, and I have time to actually think about your situation.
Straight answers, even the unwelcome ones
If a home is overpriced, I'll say so. If your remodel won't return what it costs, I'll say that too. You can't make a good decision on soft information.
Preparation over improvisation
Most of what goes wrong in a transaction was predictable weeks earlier. I'd rather do the unglamorous work early than manage a crisis at the closing table.
Local depth, not territory chasing
I focus on the markets I know well — the South Bay, Long Beach and greater Los Angeles area — because depth is worth more to you than coverage for coverage's sake.
Where I work
Deep knowledge of the South Bay, Long Beach and Los Angeles markets.
Next step
Let's talk about what you're weighing.
A first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Bring your questions, your timeline, or just your curiosity about what your home is worth today.
